  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, personal injury, or property loss resulting from third-party providers, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Travelers participate in activities at their own risk and are responsible for following safety instructions provided by guides or staff.

6. Health and Safety

  • Travelers must comply with health, safety, and local regulations at all destinations.
  • Travelers with medical conditions should consult their physician before booking.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Marque Voyages website, including images, logos, text, and itineraries, is the property of Marque Voyages and protected under copyright law.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
